Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your appointment at any time. Cancellations within 48 hours of the start time of your appointment are liable the full cost of the appointment.

Due to current circumstances, if you test positive for Covid-19 and have to isolate, or have to isolate due to contact from NHS track and trace, during the time of your appointment, you will incur no charge.

To cancel simply follow the cancellation link in your confirmation email (online booking only) or contact Ross Therapy using the details listed at the bottom of our site.

​

Blocks of Treatment

You are able to bulk buy blocks of appointments (Sports Therapy, Sports Massage and Strength & Conditioning only). Once you have paid the fee, you have 14 calendar days or until your first appointment (which ever comes first) to gain a refund and cancel your purchase. Once purchased, you are able to book and manage your sessions via your associated log in portal on our website.

Instate Fitness Member Free Health Check

Paying members or Trial members of Instate fitness are able to book a free 30 minute movement health screening. These sessions are run at no cost to the member. Only members or trial members of instate fitness are eligible for this offer. Each member is able to book 1 session only, once booked they are no longer eligible for this offer. If cancelled withing 48 hours of the start time, your appointment will stand and this will count as your free health check. Treatment Plans

Treatment plans (reffering to monthly direct debit plans) are available to all clients of Ross Therapy, with our Sports Therapy, Sports Massage and Strength & Conditioning appointments only. If you take out a treatment plan with us you, you will be charged the selected fee once a month via direct debit payment. In return you will be able to book online your allotted appointment slots. It is the clients obligation to book in their appointments, if the client does not use the allotted appointments within the month (i.e. if your plan is taken out on the 20th, you will have untill the 20th of the following month to use your sessions), they will not be able to carry over their appointments in the following month.

You can manage your plans, payment details and book via your associated online log in. You can cancel your plan at any point, via your online portal, you will be able to redeem any sessions paid for as normal until the sessions have finished.

Cancelling your appointment within 48 hours of the start time of your appointment will result in the appointment standing and you will not be able to redeem this appointment at a later date.
